Good Neighbors Make A Great Lake

Taking off and coming into the dock: Skiers and tubers should start and end their rides in the middle or deeper part of the lake to protect ecology and prevent erosion of our shoreline and beaches.  At the very least, do NOT run parallel to the shore in shallow water to drop off the towed person.  Keep your distance and let the towed person swing into shore.

Lot lines and dock location: Be respectful of your neighbors property boundaries.  Docks located directly on lot lines can impose upon your neighbors privacy and enjoyment of the lake.  When possible, docks should be located with respect to your neighbors property and primarily in the middle of your lake frontage.  This provides the opportunity for property owners to enjoy the beautiful peace of our fantastic lake.
It's The Law
